Overview & Syllabus

• Kickoff meeting on October 15, 2024 from 1pm to 4pm and October 16, 2024 from 8am to Noon at the CMUA's offices in Sacramento, CA (face-to-face). In between each of these sessions there will be a networking reception.
• Additional face-to-face meetings will be held over two consecutive days in January 2025, April 2025, and July 2025
• Eight monthly Zoom meetings on the same day and time of the month starting in November 2024.
• Monthly Zoom meetings last two hours
• Four self-assessments
• Participants who complete the four self-assessments and attend 75% or more of the group meetings will receive a Certificate of Completion
• Participants need to bring a laptop or tablet to each of the face-to-face meetings

Scholarships Available

And don't overlook the opportunity to qualify for one of the limited-number of scholarships we have available for underrepresented groups, including Women and People of Color.  These range in value from 40% to 100% of your tuition.  If you secure one of the seats in the program, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, then you'll be asked to complete a Participant Data Sheet to determine your eligibility for financial assistance.
