use of self-assessments
We believe that:
- Relationships are the foundation for collaboration and success at work, and the key to understanding them starts with understanding ourselves, and
- Many of the challenges faced by leaders and their trusted advisors are the result of a lack of self-awareness -- of themselves, their peers, colleagues, and staff, their clients/customers, the markets and communities they serve, etc.
We're only able to build enduring relationships and sustainable, healthier organizations when we have the courage to ask questions like:
- What do you think?
- How am I doing?
- What can I do better?
- How can I improve?
Below are the self-assessments that each Participant can opt to complete that are included in their tuition to help "raise their game."
